Acadiana Karate's Teens and Adult curriculum is for students 13 to 99. The curriculum focuses on street self defense as well as the traditional aspects of martial arts. Since Acadiana Karate is a "BLACK BELT SCHOOL, " our goal for every student is to help them earn their BLACK BELT not only in the Marial Arts, but in life. By working towards this goal we create an environment in which the student develps confidence through acccomplishing high, but realistic and attainable, goals on an individual basis. |
Acadiana Karate believes that everyone should learn self defense regardless of age or physical stature. It is through this philosphy that motivates the student to be the best they can be by setting realistic personal fitness and self defense goals.
Our teen and adult classes are fun, fast-paced and feature no-nonsense self defense. You will achieve improved health, fitness, self esteem and confidence. |
