Little Ninjas Our Little Ninjas Program is a nationally recognized program that focuses on improving preschool-age children's basic motor and listening skills. These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook.

Children ages 7-12 Because children and adults learn differently, Acadiana Karate has developed both a children and adult curriculum. The Children's curriculum to Black Belt was developed for children ages 7-12. The program is designed to give your child a series of victories.

Teens ages 13-15 Acadiana Karate's Teens curriculum is for students 13 to 15. The curriculum focuses on street self defense as well as the traditional aspects of martial arts. Since Acadiana Karate is a "BLACK BELT SCHOOL, " our goal for every student is to help them earn their BLACK BELT not only in the Marial Arts, but in life.

Kardio Kickboxing KARDIO KICKBOX classes are designed to be the perfect workout for women. KARDIO KICKBOX combines the punches from boxing and the kicks of Martial Arts into an aerobic workout that burns more calories than any other form of training you could do.

Street Self-Defense Our proprietary Safe Street programs help adults cope with the difficulties of today's society. The emphasis in the Safe Street program is primarily based on recognition of danger signals and the actions required to avoid trouble and confrontation.

Camp Acadiana Karate Camp Acadiana Karate combines summer fun adventure games, Karate and other Martial Arts training for a fun summer. Your child will learn vital Bully Buster strategies as well as Stranger Danger Awareness. Most important your child will learn life skills including self esteem, self control, courage and self discipline that will last a life time!
