KARDIO KICKBOX classes are designed to be the perfect workout for women. KARDIO KICKBOX combines the punches from boxing and the kicks of Martial Arts into an aerobic workout that burns more calories than any other form of training you could do.
It also concentrates on the areas that women want most: their hips, thighs, and rear. It's a complete body workout that will make you lean and tone.
You will also develop some really great kickboxing & self defense skills. Classes are different than regular aerobic classes because it is not mindless movement - you can't think about your grocery list or just daydream during class. It takes a mental focus; you will be learning to make your mind and body work together.
Classes are for everyone, whether you presently are not in the best of shape or you are in great condition and looking for the ultimate challenge. You are encouraged to go at your own pace. You can stop at any time and you want and take a break; you will feel very comfortable in class.
Whether you are looking for morning or evening classes, we can accomodate you. We offer morning as well as evening classes to fit anyones busy schedule.
When attending class, be sure to wear comfortable workout clothes and cross training or aerobic shoes.
